How do I place an order?

DM us on IG/WhatsApp, or walk in. For custom bouquets, give us 1 days notice if possible.

Do you deliver islandwide in Singapore?

Yes! Delivery is available Mon-Sun, 10am-7pm. Same-day delivery available for orders before 2pm.

Can I choose a delivery time slot?

Yes. Slots: 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm. Subject to availability.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

We’ll contact you. We can leave it with concierge/neighbor, or reschedule for $8.

Are the flowers imported or local?

We source fresh seasonal flowers from local farms and importers. Varieties change weekly for best quality.

Can you do same-day custom bouquets?

For basic designs yes. For large/custom pieces we recommend 3 days advance.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?

Absolutely! Tell us your theme, colors, and budget. We’ll design something similar if your exact flower is out of season.

Do you do wedding/events/branding bouquets?

Yes! We do weddings, corporate events, store openings, and branding shoots. Enquire 1-2 weeks in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, PayNow, PayLah, Credit Card, and bank transfer.

 What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Orders can be cancelled 24hrs before delivery for full refund. Custom event orders: 50% deposit required, non-refundable.

Do you have a physical store or online only?

We’re a boutique florist with a physical store + delivery. Walk-ins welcome!
